  • Osheen Dayal

Osheen Dayal has hosted 19 episodes.

I’m a Counselling Psychology graduate student at Adler University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of British Columbia. My work centers on mental health, community healing, and emerging psychedelic therapies, exploring how science, culture, and spirituality can intersect to support well-being.

I serve as the Marketing and Communications Manager at MAPS Canada (MAPSC), where I produce and host interviews with researchers, clinicians, and authors advancing psychedelic science. Through my social justice practicum at Rainbow Refugee, I support advocacy and community care for LGBTQIA+ refugees.

My background includes research in adult development and psychedelic-assisted therapy, alongside creative projects that make mental health education more accessible and inclusive. At Adler, I am deepening my training in evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive counselling, guided by a belief that healing happens through connection, compassion, and collective care.
